MUS 2503 - Chorale Ensemble III Credits: 1
This course is the third in a sequence of performance ensemble in which students will study and perform choral repertoire representing a variety of styles and historical periods, from the renaissance to the postmodern age. This course exposes students to a “hands-on” quality experience in the arts. In addition to regular rehearsals, students will participate in at least one performance each semester. Chorale III is intended for music majors who are pursuing study in voice and/or are satisfying their performance ensemble requirement for the degree. In level III, students are expected to display leadership skills.
Prerequisite: MUS 1502 with a “C” or higher; or permission by the instructor Elective Code(s): ARTS, LART Previous MUS* 270
