CJS 1310 - Stress and Resiliency in Public Safety

This course provides an overview of stress and stress management in public safety professions. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the psychological and physiological elements of stress, identifying contributors to stress in public safety professions and the development of resilience as a mechanism for enhancing well-being and combating stress.
