ENG 2804 - Contemporary Women in Poetry


Credits: 3

This course is a seminar on the lives and work of women poets from 1950 to present. Students will read exemplary texts, such as essays, criticism, and poetry. Students will analyze poems and explore how they reflect the life and times of the author. Students also will learn to analyze poems with a focus on form and technique.

Prerequisite: ENG 1020  or ENG 1030  or permission of instructor
