HUM 1046 - Leadership Development Studies: A Humanities Approach Credits: 3
This course is designed to provide emerging and existing leaders the opportunity to explore the concept of leadership and to develop and improve their skills. Students taking this course will gain a basic understanding of the concept of leadership theory while developing a personal philosophy of leadership and an awareness of the moral and ethical responsibilities of leadership. Integrating readings from the humanities, experiential exercises, films, and contemporary readings on leadership, the course provides the opportunity to develop essential leadership skills through study, observation, and application.
