DHYG 2005 - Nutrition for Health Professionals

Provides health care professionals with information on the current concepts in nutrition. The course includes biochemistry and metabolism of nutrients as well as nutrition throughout the lifecycle. Nutritional counseling is an integral part of the course.

Prerequisite: C or higher in CHEM 1110, BIO 1210 or BIO 2111

Effective Spring 2027: C or higher in BIO 2111 and CHEM 1110
