HNRS 1002 The Honors Seminar: Leadership & Community (1 Credits)
This course uses guest speakers, community service, leadership workshops and projects, and special programming to build leadership skills, engage students in their campus and broader community, develop academic and professional interests, skills, and networks, and facilitate students' exploration of the transfer process.

HNRS 2001 The Honors Seminar: Research Course (1 Credits)
This course uses guest speakers, special programming, and in-depth research instruction and assignments to develop students' research skills. The course will also prepare students for transfer to a four-year institution.
Prerequisites: Permission of Honors Program Coordinator.

HNRS 2002 The Honors Seminar: Capstone (1 Credits)
In this course, students work with faculty advisors within the discipline of their Capstone project to complete the academic research process. The process includes writing an academic paper and developing an oral presentation to be presented to the college community to improve students' skills in academic research and writing, critical thinking, and public speaking. Additionally, the course provides opportunities that further develop students' academic and professional skills.
Prerequisites: Permission of program coordinator.
