WGS 1005 Introduction to Women's and Gender Studies (3 Credits)
Introduction to Women's and Gender Studies is an interdisciplinary course that examines the social construction of gender and how it intersects with race/ethnicity, class, religion, nationality, culture, and sexual orientation to develop an understanding of how privilege and oppression operate.
Prerequisites: Eligibility for ENG 1010 or permission of the instructor
