DHYG 2362 - Periodontics

Credits: 2

Focus is on the recognition of clinical, biological, and histological characteristics of the periodontium classification of periodontal disease; the role of microorganism; the role of local factors in the etiology of periodontal disease; and the principles of therapy.

Prerequisite: C or better in both DHYG 2028 , DHYG 2139 , and DHYG 2140C
