HOSP 2297 - Hospitality Management Elective Credits: 1-3
Students will have an opportunity to pursue with greater depth a topic within the field of Hospitality and Culinary Arts guided by a faculty mentor. Independent studies must be arranged in the semester prior to registration with approval from a Hospitality faculty member.
Prerequisite: Permission of instructor Previous HSP* 297
