FREN 1020 - Beginning French Conversation I

This is an introductory course for students who wish to develop basic conversational skills in French. It focuses on everyday situations that students may encounter when living or traveling in French-speaking environments and dealing with French-speaking people in the United States. This is a beginning level course designed for students who have no more than 1 year of elementary French. It emphasizes practical, everyday situations and provides a variety of opportunities to develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills while enhancing cultural understanding and appreciation of the French-speaking world.
