SPAN 1020 - Beginning Spanish Conversation I
Credits: 3
This is an introductory course for students who wish to develop basic conversational skills in Spanish. It focuses on everyday situations that students may encounter when living or traveling in Spanish-speaking environments and dealing with Spanish-speaking people in the United States. This is a beginning level course designed for students who have no more than 1 year of elementary Spanish. It emphasizes practical, everyday situations and provides a variety of opportunities to develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills while enhancing cultural understanding and appreciation of the Spanish-speaking world.
