COMM 2996 - Internship II


Credits: 3

This course provides students the opportunity to apply classroom theory in an actual work setting. Students may be placed in a variety of work settings as related to their program of study including but not limited to:  TV, radio, production agency, social media, P.R., or newspaper. Completion of approximately 120 hours minimum of internship work outside the classroom. In addition to the work placement, students are required to complete class assignments to enhance their cooperative education work experiences.

Prerequisite: COMM 2995 Internship  with a C or better and 12 credits completed in Communication program. Or permission of faculty based on previous experience.
