ANTH 1016 - Introduction to Japanese Culture
Credits: 3
An introduction to the contemporary culture of Japan through lectures, films, and readings. Using various examples of Japanese customs, social norms, and material culture, the course will explore how historical, religious, economic, geographic, and cultural characteristics influence the development of cultural behavior and expression.
Prerequisite: Placement in ENG 1010
