This course will examine the position of women in the United States from the late nineteenth century to the present. Topics of s’smove’sw’swomen and patterns of work, women and business, women and religion, women and assertiveness, women and sexuality, women and aging, women and divorce and women and affirmative action.
Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENG 1010 or ENG 0910
