This course details the important elements involved in the successful restaurant operation and how they interrelate. The process of creating a concept, developing a menu, including menu design, budgeting, controlling costs, staffing, purchasing food and equipment, bar and beverage management, daily operations, and developing a marketing plan will be covered.
