HOSP 2406 - Hotel Accounting & Front Office Management

This course emphasizes accounting procedures and functions of the front office, including internal control procedures, guest services, housekeeping and reservations. Special focus on the needs of management and the application of accounting concepts and techniques to making managerial decisions. Explores the interaction of the front office and other areas of the hotel in relationship to customer service. Yield and revenue management are covered.
