AUTO 1115 - Honda Dealership Skills Theory Credits: 1
This theory course introduces Honda Professional Automotive Career Training Program (PACT) students to American Honda Motor Co, Inc.,(AHM) specific procedures, and practices implemented in AHM dealerships. Presents the overall operation of the service,parts and sales departments. Topics in this course include marketing techniques, financial analysis, personnel management, work scheduling and distribution, and use of pricing manuals. An in-depth study of parts numbering, storage, cataloging, retrieval, ordering, and stocking management techniques will be discussed. Presents theory content specified in the current American Honda Motor Co, Inc. dealership curriculum. Prepares students for the Automotive Service Excellence Education Foundation (A.S.E.) C1, P2 exam. Lecture Hours: 1
