This associate degree program will provide graduates with a broad foundation in the multi-disciplinary and multi-agency roles within the field of public health, including environmental health, community health, health education, and health policy. Graduates will be prepared to either transfer seamlessly into bachelor’s degree programs in public health or enter the workforce in entry-level roles. Career opportunities may include positions in state and local health departments, community-based organizations, nonprofit agencies, and other health-related settings that protect and promote health and well-being.
