HOSP 2237 - Hospitality Marketing

A course exploring the practical applications to marketing unique to hospitality & tourism enterprises. The course provides students with the tools they need to successful execute the marketing function for a guest driven, hospitality business including, hospitality sales practices used in restaurants, hotels, and clubs, from market analysis to actual sales.
Prerequisite: C- or better in HOSP 1100
