NTRN 2095 - Nutrition Internship I
Credits: 3
Introduces basic skills and competencies in the delivery of food and nutrition care through classroom theory, clinically supervised practice and simulations/hands-on lab. Students are required to complete 150 hours of supervised practice in food service, clinical and/or community nutrition programs.
Prerequisite: NTRN 1003 , NTRN 1020 , HOSP 1109 , BIO 1111 , and MATH 1002 or higher. A minimum GPA of 2.8 and a C in all nutrition, science and math courses are also required for this class
