AUTO 2120L - Honda Advanced Safety Systems Lab

This Laboratory course introduces Honda Professional Automotive Career Training (PACT) program students to American Honda Motor Co, Inc., principles of Advanced Safety Systems, including construction, operation, components, service, and repair of their systems such as Advanced Drivers Assistance Systems, Collision Mitigation Systems, Lane Keep Assist, Supplemental Restraint Systems, Intelligent Air Bags, and other advanced safety systems in accordance with Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) standards. Presents theory content specified in the current American Honda Motor Co, Inc. dealership curriculum. Includes content covered in ASE exams L4 ADAS Specialist Certification, A6 Electrical & Electronic Systems, and portions of B5 Collision Repair Test. Laboratory Hours: 4
Prerequisite: AUTO 1110 and AUTO 1110L or AUTO 1033
