MUS 1501 - Chorale Ensemble I Credits: 1
This course is a performance ensemble in which students will study and perform choral repertoire representing a variety of styles and historical periods, from the renaissance to the postmodern age. In addition to regular rehearsals, students will participate in at least one performance each semester. This course exposes students to a “hands-on” quality experience in the arts.
Prerequisite: Permission by the instructor required (students who take this class must be able to sing and reproduce tones (i.e., “match pitch”). Elective Code(s): ARTS, CRTY, LART Course Fees: Supplemental Fee Level 2 Previous MUS* 133, MUS* 161
