NUR 1125C - Nursing in Health & Illness II Credits: 8
This course builds upon concepts of nursing practice introduced in NUR 1120C . The course integrates a holistic, family centered approach to the nursing and interprofessional care of patients, families, and groups across the lifespan. Focus is placed on the concepts of comfort, elimination, infection, nutrition, perfusion, reproduction, regulation/metabolism, tissue integrity, and fluid & electrolytes.
Prerequisite: NUR 1120C (C or higher), BIO 2112 (C+ or higher), PSY 1011 (C or higher) Prerequisite/Corequisite: BIO 2350 (C or higher), PSY 2001 (C or higher) Previous NUR* 125
